The Story

We built what we wished existed

In October 2021, Sonal Mithani and Renish Mithani founded FinWiz24 in Palitana, Gujarat, after seeing Indian consumers pushed toward credit cards by paid rankings instead of transparent data.

We decided to do something about it. FinWiz24 was built from the ground up to be a clean, transparent comparison platform where the data speaks for itself.

Our rankings are based purely on reward rates, fee structures, benefit value, and real user reviews — never on affiliate payments or sponsored placements.

How we verify every credit card

Every credit card listed on FinWiz24 is verified on a 30-day rolling cycle. Our editorial team cross-checks the issuer's official website, monthly statements, and customer support responses to confirm fees, reward rates, milestone thresholds, lounge access rules, and forex markups. If a card hasn't been re-verified in 30 days, we display a "Data may be outdated" badge on the card detail page so you always know the freshness of the data you're reading.

We track RBI rate circulars, the RBI 2026 credit card rules update, network-level program changes (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express), and issuer fee-schedule changes. When the regulator moves, we move — usually within the same week. If you spot an error, our contact form routes the issue directly to the editorial team.

Our rankings are based on a single, transparent score that combines reward value, fee-to-reward ratio, lounge access quality, and acceptance. We never accept payment for inclusion or higher ranking position. Banks can reply to user reviews but cannot edit or remove them.
