How we collect, verify, moderate, and weight user reviews — and the exact formula behind our headline star ratings.
Reviews are submitted via the My Reviews panel by signed-in users who hold (or have held) the card. We require a verified email address and reject reviews from accounts created in the last 24 hours — that window gives our abuse-detection system time to flag coordinated review-burst patterns.
Every review passes through a 4-step moderation pipeline before publication:
The headline rating on a card page is a weighted mean:

Only Verified reviews contribute to the headline number. Verified-with-flag and Unverified reviews are still published, but are excluded from the aggregate to prevent rating inflation from low-quality feedback.
Banks can dispute individual reviews via disputes@finwiz24.com. We re-investigate within 14 days; outcomes are documented in the audit log, never silently deleted.
