Emerse Credit Card

The Emerse Credit Card is an Indian fintech credit card issued in partnership with a traditional bank, designed primarily for digitally active users who prefer managing their finances through a mobile-first interface. The card emphasises cashback rewards on everyday spending categories such as online shopping, food delivery, and streaming subscriptions, with a simple flat cashback rate on all eligible transactions for ease of use. The Emerse app provides a dashboard where cardholders can track their spending, monitor cashback earned, set spending limits, and manage repayments. The card typically operates on the Visa or Mastercard network, ensuring acceptance at most merchants in India and abroad. Eligibility criteria are relatively accessible compared with traditional bank cards, making it an option for young professionals and first-time credit card applicants who may not have an extensive credit history. The annual fee is generally low or zero, and some variants offer a waiver on achieving a minimum annual spend. As a fintech-backed product, the Emerse Card may offer flexible repayment tenures and early salary-linked features not commonly available with conventional bank cards.
