Our voice

Direct, fact-grounded, never promotional. We write for a reader trying to understand a tax rule or pick a loan product — not for a lender's marketing team. Numbers come before adjectives; downsides are stated as plainly as upsides; hype words ("best", "unbeatable") are banned unless a calculation on the page backs them up.

Who writes here

Content is produced by named FinWiz24 analysts — see the team page. Every editorial page carries an author, and author profiles link the person to their credentials and other work. Ghostwritten or agency-supplied content is not published under a staff byline.

Sourcing rules

A quantitative claim needs a primary source — the Income Tax Act 2025, the Income-tax Rules 2026, a CBDT circular, a GST Council notification, or an RBI master direction — checked at the time of writing, and re-checked at every refresh. Third-party reporting may point us to a fact but never serves as the citation.

What we will not publish

Speculation presented as fact; unverified leak content; "guaranteed tax saving" claims; affiliate offers that conflict with what the page says; sponsored content that masquerades as editorial. If a provision cannot be verified from primary sources, we say so on its page instead of guessing.

Corrections and updates

Errors are fixed the moment they are confirmed — no silent edits. Substantive corrections are logged on the corrections page. Data refreshes update the "last updated" stamp; copy tweaks that do not change facts may not.

Review cadence

Every tax explainer and loan page is re-verified against its primary sources at least once every 90 days. Pages covering actively changing provisions (new CBDT circulars, GST Council decisions) carry a "last reviewed" stamp within 30 days of any such change. Posts and guides follow the same 90-day window for the data they cite; copy-only edits roll forward the stamp silently. We do not auto-refresh — every refresh is a named analyst who reads the source document end-to-end.
