Best credit card for grocery shopping under ₹25,000 annual fee

Please recommend a credit card with annual fee under ₹2,00,000 that excels at international travel. I prefer Visa/Mastercard over RuPay for wider acceptance.

For the fee waiver condition: most banks count only retail purchases, not EMI, wallet loads, or fuel (in some cases). Read the TnC PDF linked at the bottom of the fee-waiver email — it's usually 2-3 paragraphs of fine print that change everything.
I had the same dilemma. The way I decided was: list down my top 3 monthly spend categories, calculate the rewards on each card, and pick whichever gives the highest cashback on MY pattern. Generic 'best card' lists are useless for personal decisions.
