TDS forms
Form 16
Salary TDS certificate — Part A (TDS certificate) and Part B (salary breakup). Download from TRACES with TAN.
Form 16A
TDS certificate for non-salary income — bank interest, dividends, and other payments subject to TDS.
Form 16B
TDS certificate for property transactions — required when buying immovable property above ₹50 lakh.
Form 16C
TDS certificate for rent — required when paying rent to a resident landlord above ₹50,000 per month.
Form 26AS
Annual tax statement — consolidated view of all TDS, TCS, and advance tax deposited against your PAN.
Form 27D
TCS certificate — issued by sellers collecting tax from buyers on sale of specified goods.
