Update

We rebuilt FinWiz24 on a file-based content stack

2 September 2026

We retired the database layer entirely. Every editorial page on FinWiz24 — 101 blog posts, 99 application guides, 1,035 glossary terms, 10 reward tricks, and the bank, network, and category reference pages — is now built from plain files that live in the same version control as the code.

What this changes for you:

  • Faster pages. No queries at request time. Every page renders straight from the content files baked into the build.
  • Fully reviewable history. Corrections and fee updates land as file changes with a timestamp and a diff, so the audit trail is public to our editorial team.
  • Same rubric. The scoring methodology on our review-methodology page is unchanged. Independence rules still apply: no issuer pays for placement.

If you spot anything broken during the migration, use the corrections form at /legal/corrections/.
