Lounge Access — Other Categories
Lounge access in other categories refers to premium card benefits that extend beyond the standard airport lounge programmes. Some super-premium credit cards in India bundle complimentary access to spa salons, fine-dining restaurants, golf course access, and golf simulator lounges as part of their lifestyle benefit package. These non-airport lounges are typically located in luxury hotels, premium golf clubs, and wellness centres across major cities. Access to these facilities is usually restricted to the primary cardholder and may come with a limited number of annual visits or require advance booking through the card’s concierge service. The value of these benefits can be significant for cardholders who regularly use spa services, dine at partner restaurants, or play golf, as the cost of individual visits at luxury properties can be high. Not all credit cards include these categories — they are most commonly found on super-premium cards with high annual fees. Cardholders should review the specific terms of each benefit, including whether guests are allowed, blackout dates, and how to book, before relying on these services.
