Three cards spanning different issuers and spend patterns — a starting point if you want a default before you filter.
Browse by category
Cards are tagged by the spend category they reward best — fuel, dining, online shopping, travel, lifetime-free, and more. Pick the category that matches your top monthly spend.

Five card networks are active in India: Visa and Mastercard run on partner-bank rails; RuPay is the domestic alternative operated by NPCI; Amex and Diners Club are premium networks with narrower everyday acceptance.
How to choose a credit card
A good card rewards you on the spend you actually do, charges a fee you can clear, and meets your eligibility bar. Use these four checks before you apply.
-
Step 1
Map your top spend
Look at last month's statement split. Fuel, dining, online shopping, and travel each have specialised cards that pay 5–10x the base reward rate.
-
Step 2
Check the eligibility bar
Minimum income ranges from ₹3 lakh for entry-tier cards to ₹25 lakh+ for super-premium. Self-employed applicants usually face a higher threshold.
-
Step 3
Compare fee vs reward
A ₹10,000 annual fee is only worth it if your yearly rewards exceed ₹10,000. Most paid cards waive the fee on minimum annual spends.
-
Step 4
Match the network
Pick RuPay for India-only spend with zero forex markup, Visa or Mastercard for international travel, and Amex only where you know it's accepted.
